A basic way to cook Bolognese.
1, Boil pasta with 2L hotwater. Put 2 tablespoons salt.
2, Chop 1 whole onion, 1 clove garlic, 4 tomatos.
3, Roast garlic with olive oil in fry pan.
4, Put and saute onion, ground meat, tomatos in this order.
5, Serve pasta and sauce.
