A quick tomato meat sauce, perfect to toss with some pasta for a healthy meal.

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Once meat is cooked through, drain off any extra fat.
Add oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to the beef mixture in pan, stirring to coat. Cook until herbs become fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer another 5 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked pasta.
