So easy to make
1. Saute onion in olive oil & add garlic, add tomatoes, chili flakes, sugar, herbs and vinegar. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes, add in fresh basil & blend until smooth. Season sauce with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill)
