add meat to pot and bring to a boil
cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours
full batch of seasoning
1 cup chili powder
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup coarse black pepper
2 tbs onion powder
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
