BBQ Chuck Roast
Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, dried chopped onions, tenderizer, 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Place roast in crock pot, cover, and let sit for two hours without heat.
Tenderize with fork.
Pour marinade mix over roast.
Turn heat on to low and cook for 5 hours.
Leave on warm for 2 hours.
