2. In a oven proof sauce pan melt butter; whisk in oil to combine. Add the next 10 ingredients.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Reduce heat to low, stirring frequently 7 - 8 mins. Remove and let stand 30 mins.
4. Add shrimp and stir to combine. Return to heat, and cook over medium heat 6 - 8 mins.
5. Transfer to oven bake 8 mins.
