Suggest a better description1. Cut the bean curd into 1/2 inch small cubes. Mix ground pork with rice wine, and 1/2 tsp. salt.
2. Heat 3 T. oil in frying pan. Stir-fry the ground pork, and separate the grains of the pork. Cook about 1 minute. Add garlic, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Mix well. Add the bean curd, and boil for 4 minutes.
3. Blend the corn starch with 2 T. water and add to the bean curd, stirring gently until it thickens. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame oil. Serve hot with rice.
