Suggest a better descriptionSlice steak. Add egg, garlic, ginger, rice wine, and corn starch. Salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade 30-60 min in the fridge.
Mix ingredients for sauce:
1/3 cup dark soy sauce
2/3 cup beef broth
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch
(mix water with corn starch before adding to sauce)
Saute beef until brown. Remove from pan.
Saute green onion, brocolli and onion for a few minutes. Add beef back in. Add sauce and stir until thickened.
