Suggest a better descriptionMix all the Sauce ingredients in a large bowl.
Uncooked beef:
Heat a large Sautee pan with oil.
Add the raw beef and cook about half way.
Add the broccoli and tomato chunks.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Slowly add the sauce and cook till the sauce thickens.
If it gets too thick, add a little water.
Serve with white rice.
If using cook beef, reverse the cooking order and cook the veggies first the add the beef and heat through then add sauce
