Combine soy sauce thru accent for marinade and add beef to soak for a few minutes.
Heat oil on high. Saute veggies, sprinkle on salt and 1/4 t. accent and fry 2 min . Remove to platter. Heat 3 T. oil and fry meat. Add veggie mixture and mix well.
Add water to soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour over beef and veggies and stir until thick.
