Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in curry powder, ginger and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in ground beef and salt; cook, stirring, until browned. Add cauliflower, zucchini, peas and chicken broth. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, 10 minutes. Toss with hot gnocchi and mint in serving bowl. Makes 6 servings.
