Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, dessert wine, sesame oil, green onions, garlic cloves, pepper. Add the beef tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours. Preheat a grill to medium. Grill beef until medium-well, 3 to 5 min., flipping halfway through. Transfer reef to a serving platter and serve on top of steamed white rice topped with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with Kimchi.
