2. turn the oven on at 150 degree. bring cast iron pot to he boil, add all the herb.
3. add the beef and let it cook for 20 minutes.
4. put the cast iron pot in the oven and let it cook for 3-4 hours.
To make the curry
1. fry the red curry paste with 1/3 cup of dense coconut milk on medium heat, be careful not to,let it boil.
2. add the beef and the rest of the coconut milk.
3. add fish sauce and sugar to taste
