Suggest a better descriptionPARSLEY SAUCE: Blend parsley, garlic, vinegar, chili flakes, sugar, 1.5 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper in food processor until smooth. With machine running slowly add EVOO. Place 1/2 mix in medium bowl. Place remaining mix in serving bowl. FOR BEEF: place beef in parsley sauce. Toss until beef is coated. Cover & refrigerate 3 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread skewers with beef & pineapple. Grill 2-3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Serve with remaining sauce.
