Suggest a better descriptionCut meat into strips 1/4" x 2". Mix the flower, salt, pepper, in bag & shake to coat meat. In skillet brown meat w/butter. Add onion & mushrooms & cook 5 minutes. Add water & soup. Heat to boiling, lower heat & simmer slowly 30 min to 1 hour. Then stir in sour cream. Garnish w/ parsley. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
