Cod fried in beer batter.
Heat oil about 3 inches deep to 365 or 375 in a pan.
Mix batter ingredient and let rest for about 10 minutes.
Mix dredge ingredients.
Dredge cod in flour mixture and shake off loose flour. Then dunk in beer batter and let remaining batter drip off before frying in hot oil for a few minutes per side.
