Stuffed mini peppers

Saute jalapenos in a lightly greased skillet. In a bowl, mix jalapenos, chicken, avacado, yogurt, one cup of cheese, and chili powder. Arrange peppers cut side up in a casserole dish. Fill peppers with the chicken mixture and top with remaining cheese. Broil until cheese is lightly browned, about 2 - 4 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with salsa or pico.
Makes 4 servings.
