6 week body makeover
Place egg white in a large bowl and mix with ? cup warm water. Whip for 2 minutes until light and foamy. With mixer, gradually beat in Splenda and berries and increase speed to high. Beat for 15 minutes until mixture fills the bowl.
Transfer to decorative bowl and freeze for 4 hours. To serve, remove from freezer and garnish with fresh fruit.
