Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees F
combine 3 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into a 2 cup measuring cup. Add 2 eggs and enough milk to almost fill the cup. Mix into the flour mixture. Fold in berries. Fill muffin cups to the top and sprinkle wit crumb topping mixture.
Crumb topping: Mix together remaining 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of flour, cinnamon and butter. Mix with fork.
Bake muffins 20-25 minutes until done.
