Andhra type dosa
1) drain the rice and moong dal and grind to a pancake batter consistency
2) add the chilli, ginger, fennel, coconut, ginger, curry leaves and salt and blend well
3) set aside to let it rise at least 30 minutes
4) heat a frying pan on medium flame
4) using a flat bottomed ladle or measuring cup dole out a spoonful of batter on the pan in circular motion
5) use the flat of the spoon to spread evenly. Always move circular. Add oil to the circumference.
6) once the surface dries, flip the dosa . Golden brown color desirable.
