Suggest a better descriptionVoorverhit die oond tot 180C. Verhit die kondensmelk, botter en water met die koppie suiker tot kookpunt. Laat afkoel. Sif droe bestandele saam. Meng eier en roer afgekoelde vloeistof by en meng tot stewige deeg. Moet nie te styf nie, maar ook nie te slap nie.
Smeer drie brood pannetjies (hang af van die grootte van jou panne) en rol die deeg in groot genoeg balletjies en pak in. Bak vir 45 minute en droog uit.
Vir brosser beskuit kan 1 teelepel bakpoeier by die bestandele gevoe word.
