Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter over low heat, add cocoa. Transfer chocolate mixture to larger mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended. Sift together dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture along with vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Spread chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake about 45 minutes or until done 325 degrees.
