This cookie recipe is taken right out of my Swedish grandma's recipe box, and is one of my favorites. Of course, for me you cannot go wrong with brown sugar and pecans.
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, flour, vanilla and mix until blended. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Press a pecan into each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
