Roasted pumkinseeds makes great snack but also nice as topping in a sallad
Preheat the oven to 200 dgr C. Pour the seeds into a owenpan, add the salt and cover well with water. Run in the oven in bathches of 5-20 minutes. Longer in the beginning and shorter piecemeal the water evaporates. Stir in between. When the water i gone, run for short periods untill the seeds are tanned and crispy. They shouldent have the green color. Let cool and enjoy.
