These cookies are so big, soft and gooey -- DELICIOUS!
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
Mix flour, salt, powder and soda in a bowl and set aside.
Beat butter, and sugars throughly. Mix in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Gently fold in chips (I USED GHIRADELLI GOURMET 58% CACOA SEMISWEET CHUNKS). Use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop dough. Place on a parchment-lined cooking sheet 2" apart, and bake for 17 minutes.
