Biscuits, folded so that they look like lips. Optional of course! Add cheese if you like.
I use a food processor. Blend dry ingredients together,
Drop in margarine and blend until crumbly, about 20 seconds on high.
Add milk, blend until ball forms.
Add grated frozen cheddar cheese if desired, approx. .5 cup and blend on low.
Knead ball on your floured counter a few times.
Roll dough to half inch thick or so.
Cut into circles
Butter one side of the circle and fold in half, butter side in:) you don't have to fold, of course.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet
Try not to eat all of them!
Don't overcook!
