Suggest a better descriptionPreheat grill to medium. Grill corn until lightly charred (about 2 minutes) turning frequently. Cut kernels from cob & set aside. In medium sauté pan over medium-high heat add EVOO, red bell pepper & red onion. Sauté for 3 minutes and then add vinegar, beans & corn & sauté 2 minutes. Stir in garlic & snow peas & sauté 1 minute more. Remove from heat & season with salt & pepper. Serve warm or cold.
