A delicious attempt at recreating Black Eyed Pea's squash dish!
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cut tips off squash and dice. Saute onions in olive oil or butter, then add squash. Cook until tender.
3. Mix squash, eggs, bread crumbs, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Spoon into a prepared 3 quart casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
