Preheat oven to 400.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Mix in flour and baking powder until well blended.
Stir in oatmeal.
Press half of the mixture into 9 x 13 greased with margarine.
Spread raspberries over mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining oatmeat mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting into bars.
