a quick citrus chicken & black bean combo with green chilis
Bring to a boil and then simmer:
2 ½ c water
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Chicken bullion
1 can black beans
½ cup orzo
Frozen corn
½ cup Verde salsa
Add at the end:
3T lime juice
Chopped cilantro
Fry up at the same time:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 clove garlic
1 cup onion chopped
1 chopped jalepeno
Combine and serve
