Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in a pan, add crushed cardamom seeds and maple syrup and cook for 1 min add apples and fry until softened tip into serving bowl and put frozen fruit on top, melt choc in bowl over water, add custard and extract, and stir. Arrange sliced cake on top of fruit top with custard, whip cream spoon over top. Chill covered. When serving add silver balls.
