Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients till well blended. Fold in chips. Spread in a well-greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. The middle will fall; don't remove while it is still puffed up.
