In Large ckillet cook onion, add garlic cook 1 minute, remove from skillet, add spinach to skillet to wilt. In a large bowl beat the eggs until frothy, stir in the onion mixture, spinach and both cheeses. Place in a 10" oven proof pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set.
