My absolute favourite Blueberry smoothie for the spring time...
1) Put the banana and the blueberries into a blender.
2) Squeeze the lemon and limes and add the juice to the blender.
3) Grate the zests from the limes and the lemon and add that to the mix as well.
4) Blend it.
5) Soak one of the teaspoons of Chia seeds in 2 teaspoons of water until it turns into a jelly then add it too.
6) Stir in the chia seeds and pour into glasses.
OPTIONAL!!!
7) Add some chia seeds on top as decoration and serve right away...
It is a kind of thick smoothie, but it taste like ice cream and is very good to wake you up in the morning!!
Try to experiment with the flavours and if it is too sour for you, then try to add coconut milk or honey
