Suggest a better descriptionRealizar un sablage con la manteca y los ingredientes secos. Agregar el agua y amasar hasta obtener una masa lisa y homogénea. Extender la masa obteniendo un grosor de 5 mm. Recortar figuras en forma de corazón y estrella con cortapastas de 6 cm de diametro. Colocar la masa en moldes enharinados y enmantecados, enfilmar y llevar a frío. Pincelar con la yema y llevar a horno a 180ºC por 10 minutos, hasta que estén dorados.
