Bolo de cenoura da Dani Noce.
1 - Pré aquecer o forno a 180ºC
2 - Unte e enfarinhe uma forma de bolo.
3 - Bata as cenouras, o óleo, os ovos e o açúcar no liquidificador por aproximadamente 5 minutos.
4 - Coloque em uma tigela e acrescente a farinha e o fermento peneirados. Misture.
Leve para assar a 180°C por aproximadamente 50 minutos ou até que o seu palito saia limpo de dentro do bolo.
