1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
2) In a baking dish, lay out the cauliflower florets and add the water.
3) Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the florets are soft.
4) Take out of the oven, uncover, add the boursin cheese to the center of the florets (push it down in between them), drizzle with olive oil and add the salt. Recover and put it back into the oven.
5) Bake for 10 more minutes, until the Boursin has melted.
6) Remove from oven, uncover, stir to combine and serve.
