Shuttle Chef recipe
1. Marinade beef brisket and turnips in oil and mung bean flour for 10 minutes
2. Shallow fry for a short while until the surface changes color
3. Heat seasonings in some water in the inner pot until boiling
4. Add the turnips and beef, and boil for another 10-15 minutes
5. Place inner pot into vacuum outer pot and insulate for 3 hours
6. Sprinkle with scallion, parsley, and red capsicum and serve
