Suggest a better descriptionAdapted Bittman's recipe from BRTW except:
-Used 6 squid tubes instead for the same recipe amount (no tentacles included in the package I bought so the stuffing excluding it was just enough .
-For the shitaaki, used dried black Chinese mushrooms reconstituted (use 1/5 the recipe amount, dry)Put the food-processor part to the hot pan including the bread crumbs and nuts and heated it all up to get the rawness off and ddded saffron to the mix before stuffing.
-Used sherry
-Braised for 60 minutes. (watch out for drying out)
