Suggest a better descriptionMix applesauce, banana and sugar together. Add eggs, milk and soaked bran. Add dry ingredients. Add Kelloggs All Bran and fold until only moistened. Put in greased muffin tins or liners. Use foil ones, not paper. Can put raisins in if desired. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
Can store batter in refrigerator in tupperware for up to 6 weeks in fridge. This makes a whole lot of muffins so you can halve this.
