Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well. Cover store in refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Mixture makes 1 gallon and can be kept in refrigerator for 6 weeks. Do not stir before baking.
