Suggest a better descriptionSlice tomatoes in half and then roast at 250 degrees for 1-2 hrs. until wrinkly. Add garlic, vinegar, capers and basil together in a jar and then add tomatoes. Add olive oil to cover the tomatoes. Refrigerate several hours. Serve over goat cheese.
