Suggest a better descriptionCover beans by several inches of water and soak overnight. Rinse beans throughly. Put soaked beans, ham, sausage, garlic, and salt in a pressure cooker. Fill with water until it barely covers the beans. Cook on high pressure with 2 rings showing for 30 minutes. Remove for heat and let sit until pressure is released. Serve over rice.
