Divide, pat out excess gas, shape. Place on parchment paper, let rise until almost doubled in size
Preheat oven @ 500 with baking stone.
Slash loaves, spray with water, place on stone, cover with pan. Set oven @ 450, bake for 10 minutes covered with pan.
Remove pan, bake additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
