This is just a basic sweet bread recipe for the bread machine. I use this recipe for the times I am too busy to make the larger version and don't have time to work with the dough.
Coat the pan with the cooking spray. Add the ingredients in the order listed.
Press the "Sweet Bread" setting.
When done, remove from pan and let it set for 10 minutes. Coat with butter if desired. Slice and serve warm.
