Homemade yeast rolls made with a bread machine
Use the manual cycle on your bread machine. Add ingredients according to bread machine instructions. If using a Welbilt place add dry ingredients first and then wet ingredients.
When machine completes cycle, pull off small pieces of dough and place in baking dish/pan. Let rise for at least one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or lightly browned). Using a stick of butter, gently coat tops of rolls with butter.
Reserve 1/2 cup of flour and gradually add to machine when it first begins mixing. This will keep the dough from "climbing" up the sides of the pan at the beginning of the cycle.
