Combine the first 4 ingred. ADD dry ingred. & blend well. STIR in nuts & zucchini. Bake in 2 loaf pans (8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2") or a 10 C bundt pan. BAKE at 325* for 60-70 mins. Cool & drizzle w/ lemon icing.
