Hearty and warm, good for cold days
1) Spray bottom and sides of Crock pot with cooking spray
2) Cook Sausage until just done, do not overcook, drain well
3) Whisk eggs together, lightly
4) Add milk and whisk again
5) add ground mustard, salt and pepper
6) in large bowl mix hash browns, sausage, cheese then layer evenly in crock pot
7) Gently pour in eggs making sure to spread it out, (do not pour in once place only)
8) cook on low for 6 -8 hours - do not overcook or it will dry out.
do not use a 'low quality' cheese as they do not have good flavor. Drain
