Place spices in a small mixing bowl and whisk well to mix.
Put ground pork in a large bowl and spread out on the bottom of the bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the top of the pork.
Wash your hands, roll up your sleeves and mix the pork and spices well with your hands.
Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the countertop.
Form the pork into a ball or log shape and place on the plastic.
Wrap it up and refrigerate it for 24 hours to let the meat and spices blend well.
