Grind with coarse blade
Add all dry ingredients and mix throughly
Grind with one size smaller blade
Cover and put in refrigerator for 24 hours to allow spice flavors to meld.
Form into 6 inch rolls approximately 2 inches in diameter wrap in freezer wrap and store in freezer for use later.
To use: allow to thaw until roll can be cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch patties, place in skillet and cook until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Serve with favorite breakfast foods!
